The event will run according to WKF rules with some slight modifications, although please refer to the information pack for full details including compulsory equipment for kumite.

Tournament Officials

We kindly ask all attending clubs to provide at least 2 officials to help out for kata/kumite judging and table officiating, if you can provide more, this would be even better of course. If there are plenty of officials between all the clubs, then we can rotate them throughout the day so they’re not overworked and to keep the judging as fair and unbiased as possible for the competitors. Officials will be provided with lunch plus free tea & coffee throughout the day for their services. There is a section on the entry form for you to write down your officials details. We thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] or call Richard Hang Hong on 07899 827 476.

Christmas Closure 2014

Christmas is nearly upon us and we will be closing our doors for 2 weeks so we can all take some well deserved time off.

However you may be celebrating this year we wish you all the very best Christmas and Happy New Year and we shall see you in 2015!

OSU!

UPDATE: 11/12/2014

Please note that everyone’s class allocations are reset in January so if you have missed any classes in the last month, be sure to use them up before we break for Christmas as they will not rollover into the New Year. However, as we are closed for 2 weeks we allocate the lessons that would have been on during that time to be able to be used in January. This means that Bronze members will have 2 additional classes that they can use at any dojo throughout January, Silver members will have 4 additional classes. This has proved to be a great way for students to kick start the year with lots of training to burn off those Christmas calories. If you have any questions about this please contact me on 07899 827 476 or send me a message via email, Facebook, Twitter or Whatsapp.
