GKC Global Seminar By The Sea 2024

Sensei Richard & Sensei Martin attended the GKC Global Gasshuku Seminar By-The-Sea in Carlsbad, California on 26-28 April.

The event was well attended, with over 70 karateka from across the USA, Canada, England, Scotland and Europe training together for 3 days, and with several members also testing and being awarded Dan grades from Shodan to Rokudan. Congratulations to all who passed.

Thank you to Sensei Paul & Michelle Enfield for the incredible event and valuable knowledge and experience shared. We look forward to the next one.

Seminar with Shihan Gurmit Singh 13-14 April 2024

On 13th-14th April we had the privilege of hosting a phenomenal weekend of learning karate with Shihan Gurmit Singh.

Over the 2 days he gave an abundance of diamonds and jewels of wisdom, sharing his vast experience and knowledge with our students and many other guests from other clubs, gaining some valuable insight and learning many lessons along the way.

Goju Ryu Karate Seminar in Memory of Shihan Leo Lipinski

As per Shihan Leo’s wishes before he passed away, the seminar at the end of this month will continue as planned but will be taught by his chosen representatives, Sensei Rob Langworthy and other senior level Seiwakai instructors who will be announced shortly.
