Co-op Community Cards

Thank you to everyone who has taken and used our Co-op Community Cards recently.

A few people have told me that they’re not sure where they can use the cards so I have uploaded a list of participating stores to the club website. There are a huge amount of stores in Chelmsford so please click here to see them
As there are only a few surrounding the Wickford and Thurrock-based dojos I’ve added them below.

If you would like to help with the club’s fundraising then all you need to do is pick up a card in class (they’re free!) and swipe them at the till when you shop.

Juniors: What should you be practicing?

With the introduction of the Mon grading system for junior students (5-12yrs) this year, I thought it be apt to elaborate a little more on what each Mon grade (tag) means and what the students should be doing from one Mon grade to the next.

This is not a definitive list of what the students should be practicing at home, just what we as instructors recommend they do for a few minutes (5-10 mins) each day.

All of the gradings drills can be found in your syllabus handbook. For more advice, please speak with your instructor in class.
