Our Family Karate programme lets children, parents and older siblings share the martial‑arts journey side by side. It’s a supportive, fun way to build confidence and physical fitness while spending quality time together.

What to Expect
Family Karate classes create a positive environment where kids aged 5–12 train alongside their parents or guardians. Younger students learn with their peers, while adults either join in or train in a separate section depending on the class structure. Whether it’s just your child on the mats or your whole family joining in, you’ll find a welcoming community and expert instruction.
Locations & Times
Family classes are offered exclusively at our Grays and Wickford dojos:
Grays – Orsett Heath Academy (Stanford Road, RM16)
- Wednesday 5:45 pm – 6:45 pm: Children’s Class
- Wednesday 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Adults & Teens Class
- Saturday 9:00 am – 10:00 am: Family Class
Wickford – Runwell Village Hall & Runwell Primary School
- Tuesday 6:00 – 7:00 pm: Family Class
- Thursday 6:00 – 7:00 pm: Children’s Class
- Thursday 7:30 – 8:45 pm: Adults & Teens Class
Families are welcome to attend either location. Children‑only and adults/teens sessions run separately on other days if you prefer age‑specific training.
